Andre Pirin is an experienced, certified property valuer providing independent valuation services throughout Australia.
With over 15 years in the industry, Andre has conducted property appraisals across all sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hotels, childcare centres, medical centres, development sites and more. He has worked with leading national valuation firms where he took on complex valuation projects and managed team operations.
Andre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Economics as well as a Diploma of Property Services (Valuations). He has achieved certification as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) from the Australian Property Institute.
His valuation reports comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements including API, ANZ Valuation Guidance Notes, APRA Guidelines, IFRS, and IVSC. Andre maintains this technical expertise through regular professional development courses on valuation methodologies, data analysis, and compliance.
